Multipurpose facility in Leningradskoye Shosse Leningradskoe Shosse 25, Moscow architect: Sergey Kisselev design work: 1989 Nearly 10 years ago, in only 17 days and without CAD we managed to invent, to draw and to produce all calculations for the schematic design of this immense complex of 56,780 sq. m. of total area. Along with a hotel and a restaurant, it had also included some entertainment, sport & fitness and even manufacturing facilities. Its basic design principles were acquired from a diploma project of 1977 and are still efficient.
