This concept was among the earliest developed in Moscow and the very first one introduced at the Moscow Government meeting.
Figuratively speaking, the resolution with its actual approval had arranged «a queue of other municipal agencies’
Heads in front of our office». The success of this project was important to us primarily as a proof to the fact of an
«urban planning» profile announced by our company.
