When «recreation of the facade of an old building» is carried out with slightly excessive punctiliousness,
it may create the illusion of a full reconstruction job. In fact, this is an absolutely new addition of 3100 m2
built above a category-A bomb shelter. Incidentally, part of this building is occupied by our office.
