area of 2700 m2 was categorized as «municipal» and so belonged to a different price class to its
neighbours in Podsosensky Pereulok and Bolshoy Kazenny Pereulok. However, we did all we could to ensure that
this should not become too noticeable - to passers-by, at any rate.
