This job confronted us with two objectives:
1) to restore the street-facing facade and the main stair-case;
and
2) to make this apartment building suitable for use as elite housing. Increasing the building's floor area from 2300m2
to 2375m2 and the number of storeys from four to seven involved creation of a new courtyard facade based on the old one.
