This job involved what was essentially systematic analysis of how to intensify use of properties belonging to
OAO Tsentral'ny telegraf and the Russian State Telecommunications Committee. We demonstrated that both property-owners
can vacate block No.1, thus making it possible to use it as a high-class business centre. The total floor area of buildings
managed by the owners will increase from 67,000 to 108,000m2. This design was distinguished in the
«reconstruction» category of the Union of Moscow Architects awards 2000.
