Office building for Credit Swiss First Boston in Gogolevsky Boulevard Gogolevsky bul'var 13, TsAO, Moscow architects: Vyacheslav Bogachkin, Sergey Kisselev engineer: Igor Shvartsman, Oxana Kamyshova design work: 1997-1998 client: Credit Swiss First Boston We consider this rather modest project to be unique due to the fact that Credit Suisse First Boston as a Client had arranged a powerful international team, having commissioned us only for shell and core design and the building structure. As a result, the project was carried out as it was, having won a championship in quantity of letters and meeting minutes in English per sq.m of total building area. Actually, we do not regret that the project had remained on paper, as it would had been a real torture to explain to everybody that the similarity of windows on the main facade resulted from the Client’s extremely strict demand for this to be so.
