The fact that this otherwise rather ordinary apartment block occupies a corner position, coupled with the varied stylistic context of its surroundings, has made it possible to employ a variety of different architectural approaches for the building's various facades. The main facade, dressed in light-coloured travertine, faces onto Ulitsa Burdenko and can be seen from Sadovoe Kol'tso; the dynamic rhythm of its windows reflects the glancing way in which it is to be perceived. The other facades are emphatically still. Their orthogonal geometry composed of bay windows, French balconies, and sunshades attached to walls of dark-brown brick is intended to be read with an altogether different rhythm.
