This multifunctional building with total floor area of 7900 m2 has been built on an extensive lot between a built-up area of housing and the Ilyich Factory. The building's design exploits the interaction between two volumes — a «rigid» parallelepiped and a plastic 6-storey one which look as though it has been joined onto the first. The former of these is more «industrial» in style, while the latter is almost «residential», close in scale and feeling to the neigbouring tower blocks.
