The office building (total area of almost 7’000 sq.m.) is trying to hide behind the facade of the historical building at the intersection of the Ordinka Street and Lavrushensky pereulok.
This complex had to obtain an atrium to set up the necessary total area and to remain invisible from the street, which was the main condition that we had to fulfill.
